Admission requirements:

Master in Psychology. Preference will be given to candidates who present:

– Experience in research projects in the field of psychology (data analysis and publication of outputs;)

– Experience and mastery of the statistical area and data handling and analysis using data analysis software;

– Fluency in the English language.

Integration and development of research in the area of Clinical and Health Psychology; statistical treatment of different types of data; participation in the dissemination of results.

Applicable legislation and regulations

The scholarship is awarded under the terms of Law nº40/2004, of 18 August (Statute of Scientific Research Scholarship) and Regulation of Scholarships and Research of the Foundation for Science and Technology in force http://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/docs/RegulamentoBolsasFCT2015.pdf.

Workplace

The work will be carried out at the premises of the CIP-UAL – Research Center in Psychology of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Luís de Camões, Rua de Santa Marta, n.º47, 3.º, Lisbon.

Duration of the scholarship(s)

The scholarship will last for 5 months, starting on November 13, 2017. The scholarship contract can be renewed up to a maximum of 5 months.

Amount of monthly maintenance allowance

The amount of the scholarship corresponds to €980 according to the table of values of the scholarships awarded directly by FCT, IP in the Country (http://alfa.fct.mctes.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores).

selection methods

Only 5 candidates with an academic specialization using research activity and with the highest master's average will be considered for interview. The selection will result from a global assessment based on the curricular assessment (50%), on experience in the research activity (40%) and on the motivation letter (10%).

Publication/notification of results

The final results of the evaluation will be published in a public place on the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and CIP-UAL websites, with all candidates notified by email.
