The objective of the SAFER project is to develop and implement an innovative method of preventing school violence and bullying, aimed at promoting inclusive education. It is based on valuing the acquisition of social and civic skills and on the knowledge, promotion and appropriation of common positive values and fundamental rights, not only at the level of students and schools, but also at the community level.

The development of the project will be based on the application of the approach Whole School Approach (WSA), as a primary prevention strategy, through the involvement of students, teachers, school staff and parents. Likewise, it will consider a secondary prevention strategy, where the strategic role of knowledge and participation of the school community will be highlighted, moving from a WSA to an approach Whole School & Community Approach (WSCA), where the community is understood as an educational community
