Admission requirements:

Doctorate in Psychology or Other Social Sciences (Doctor degree obtained in the last three years

– Fluency in English (preferably native english);

– Good knowledge of methodological design;

– In-depth knowledge of quantitative statistics (mastery of SPSS and AMOS programs, among others);

– Proven experience in scientific publications

preference criteria

  • Publication of several scientific articles as first author, in scientific journals indexed in international databases;
  • Experience in data analysis in structural equation models and Process (mediation and moderation analysis);
  • Fluency in writing in English;
  • Experience in Cross-Cultural Studies.

Work plan

The scholarship holder will dedicate himself exclusively to writing articles based on data collection carried out within the scope of the Project “Promotion of the Quality of Interpersonal Relationships, Health and the Well-Being of Health Professionals”. To this end, it will have the following tasks: a) updating the bibliographic collection on the investigated constructs; b) statistical treatment of data already collected; c) writing of articles for publication in international journals with peer review contained in databases highly rated by the FCT (SCOPUS/WEB OF SCIENCE).

Workplace

The work will be carried out at the premises of the CIP – Center for Research in Psychology, of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Rua de Santa Marta, 47, 3rd floor, gab. 304, under the guidance of Doctor Tito Laneiro

selection methods

Only the 3 candidates who demonstrate, through tests of knowledge to be carried out at the CIP facilities, will be considered for interview. The selection will result from an overall assessment based on the following considerations: curriculum assessment (50%), interview (40%); motivation letter (10%).

Publication/notification of results

Candidates admitted for interview are invited by email. The final results of the evaluation will be published, through a list ordered by final grade obtained, in a public place on the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa website (www.autonoma.pt), and the successful candidate will be notified by email. All candidates will be notified of the decision by email.

Complaint deadline

The second candidate, Genta Kulari, was selected, not the candidate with the highest score. In the contracting phase of the first selected, there were incompatible facts for its admission.
