A call for bids for a research scholarship (BIPD - Doctor) is open within the scope of the R&D institution, Psychology Research Center - CIP, of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, with the reference UIDB / 04345/2020, with financial support from FCT / MCTES through national funds (PIDDAC).
Research Scholarship (BIPD; PhD) (one place) 1
Mandatory admission requirements:
PhD in Psychology and Master in Health Psychology, with articles published in scientific journals with peer review (minimum 10). Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Previous experience in research projects financed in the area of health psychology, specifically aimed at health professionals and who have focused on interventions with them;
- Knowledge regarding the development of assessment tools in health psychology
- In-depth knowledge of intercultural psychology, social psychology and intercultural communication
- Domain of quantitative and qualitative methodologies (involving interviews in the health field)
- Domain of analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and publication of outputs;
- Domain of knowledge and experience in statistics applied to psychology using resources software data analysis SPSS, AMOS and Process;
- Excellent command of the technical-scientific English language; satisfactory command of French and Spanish
- Knowledge about health promotion interventions in young populations
Integration in an ongoing research project in the field of Occupational Health Psychology, whose tasks include the statistical treatment of different types of data using software analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, as well as participation in the dissemination of results

The work will be carried out at the premises of CIP - Research Center in Psychology, at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, 47, Santa de Marta Street, 3rd floor, gab. 304, under the guidance of Dr. Odete Nunes

Duration of 4 months, starting on 15 June 2020.
Monthly maintenance allowance amount
The scholarship amount corresponds to € 1.600 according to the table of scholarship values directly attributed by FCT, IP in the country (https://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores)
Criteria and selection procedure
Only the 3 candidates with the best curriculum evaluation (CV), best evaluation of the motivation letter, and who fulfill all admission requirements will be considered for interview. The selection will result from an overall assessment based on the following considerations: curriculum evaluation (50% ), interview (40%); motivation letter (10%), measured through CV analysis and interview

Disclosure/announcement of results
Candidates admitted for interview are invited by email. The final results of the evaluation will be published, through a list ordered by final grade obtained, in a public place on the website of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (www.autonoma.pt), with the approved candidate notified by email. All applicants will be notified of the decision by email.
