A call for bids for a research scholarship (BIPD - Doctor) is open
within the scope of the R&D institution, Psychology Research Center - CIP, of the University
Autónoma de Lisboa, under the reference UIDB / 04345/2020, with financial support from
FCT / MCTES through national funds (PIDDAC).

Admission requirements:

PhD in Psychology (Doctor degree obtained in the last three years) and Degree in Psychology;

Two (2) scientific articles published in journals indexed in international scientific databases, in which the candidate must be the first author;

Experience in data analysis in models of structural equations and Process (analysis of mediation and moderation)

Preference criteria

Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience in cross-cultural studies.

Work plan

Collaboration in bibliographic review, data analysis and writing of scientific articles under development
within the scope of the “Transcultural Factors of Well-Being” Project

Workplace

The work will be carried out at the premises of CIP - Research Center in Psychology, at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, 47, Santa de Marta Street, 3rd floor, gab. 304, under the guidance of Dr. Iolanda Galinha.

Duration of 6 months, starting on October 1, 2020.

The scholarship amount corresponds to 1.600 € according to the table of values ​​of the scholarships directly attributed
by FCT, IP in the Country (https://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores)

Selection methods

Three candidates will be considered for interview who meet the admission requirements and will be evaluated according to the following considerations: curriculum evaluation (70%), interview (20%) and letter of motivation (10%).

Form of advertising / notification of results

Candidates admitted for interview are invited by email. The final results of the evaluation will be published, through a list ordered by final grade obtained, in a public place on the website of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (www.autonoma.pt), with the approved candidate notified through
e-mail. All applicants will be notified of the decision by email.

Application deadline and form of submission of applications

The competition is open from August 19th to September 04th, 2020. Applications must be formalized, necessarily, by sending an application letter accompanied by the
following documents: Detailed Curriculum Vitae that proves the candidate's experience, copy of the qualification certificate and letter of motivation. Applications must be delivered by e-mail to cip@autonoma.pt, and must include the reference of the competition in the subject field BIPD _2020_2 UIDB / 04345/2020. Failure to send any of the documents required in the application is grounds for exclusion.

Complaint period

After final decision, and notification to candidates, it must be taken within 15 working days, or
appeal to the funding body's maximum executive body within 30 working days.
