A call for tenders for the granting of a research scholarship (BI– Mestre) within the scope of the R&D institution, Research Center in Psychology - CIP, of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, with the reference UIDB / 04345/2020, having financial support from FCT / MCTES through national funds (PIDDAC)
Research Scholarship (BI - Master (one place) 2020
Mandatory admission requirements:
Master in Psychology (Clinical and Health Psychology); Ph.D. enrollment in the field of Psychology or the like (at the date of hiring, the selected candidate must prove their enrollment in PhD).
Previous experience in research and scientific writing;
- Domain of knowledge and experience in statistics applied to psychology using data analysis software SPSS, AMOS and Process;
- Fluency in English;
- Computer skills;
- High degree of autonomy;
- Strong motivation for teamwork.
Integration in the research projects “Study of the relationship between sleep characteristics, bullying, academic performance and behavior in the classroom of school age children ”and“Mindfulness, in a school context with children and adolescents ”, specifically collaboration in the statistical treatment of different types of data using quantitative data analysis software; writing and participation in the dissemination of results.

The work will be carried out in person at the premises of CIP - Research Center in Psychology, of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, Rua de Santa Marta, 47, 3rd floor, gab. 304, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ana Gomes.
Duration of the scholarship (s)
Duration of 6 months, starting on February 1, 2021.
Monthly maintenance allowance amount
The amount of the scholarship corresponds to € 1074.64 € according to the table of scholarship values directly attributed by FCT, IP in the Country (https://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores)
Criteria and selection procedure
Three candidates who meet the admission requirements and according to the preference criteria will be considered for interview. Candidates will be evaluated according to the following considerations: curriculum evaluation (50%), interview (40%) and motivation letter (10%).

Disclosure/announcement of results
candidates admitted for interview are invited by email. The final results of the evaluation will be published, through a list ordered by final grade obtained, in a public place on the website of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (www.autonoma.pt), with the approved candidate notified by email. All applicants will be notified of the decision by email.
The competition is open from 19 December 2020 to 8 January 2021.
