Research Scholarship (BIPD; PhD) (one place) 1
Mandatory admission requirements:
PhD in Psychology or Other Social Sciences (Doctoral degree obtained in the last three years
- Fluency in English (preferably native english);
- Good knowledge of methodological design;
- In-depth knowledge of quantitative statistics (mastery of SPSS, AMOS programs, among others);
- Proven experience in scientific publications
- Publication of several scientific articles as the first author, in scientific journals indexed in international databases;
- Experience in data analysis in models of structural equations and Process (analysis of mediation and moderation);
- Fluency in writing in English;
- Experience in cross-cultural studies.
The fellow will dedicate himself exclusively to the writing of articles based on the data collections carried out under the Project “Promotion of the Quality of Interpersonal Relations, Health and Wellbeing of Health Professionals”. For this purpose, it will have the following tasks: a) updating the bibliographic collection on the investigated constructs; b) statistical treatment of data already collected; c) writing articles for publication in international journals with peer review in databases well rated by FCT (SCOPUS / WEB OF SCIENCE).

The work will be carried out at the premises of CIP - Research Center in Psychology, at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, 47, Santa de Marta Street, 3rd floor, gab. 304, under the guidance of Doctor Tito Laneiro
Duration of the scholarship (s)
Duration of 6 months, starting on 1 November 2020, possibly renewable.
Monthly maintenance allowance amount
The scholarship amount corresponds to 1.600 € according to the table of scholarship values directly attributed by FCT, IP in the country (https://www.fct.pt/apoios/bolsas/valores)
Criteria and selection procedure
Only the 3 candidates who demonstrate through these knowledge tests to be carried out at the CIP facilities will have these requirements for interview. The selection will result from an overall assessment based on the following considerations: curriculum evaluation (50%), interview (40%); motivation letter (10%).

Disclosure/announcement of results
Candidates admitted for interview are invited by email. The final results of the evaluation will be published, through a list ordered by final grade obtained, in a public place on the website of the Autonomous University of Lisbon (www.autonoma.pt), with the approved candidate notified by email. All applicants will be notified of the decision by email
